In 1985, Quota International established its own international service program, then named “Club to Club”. The purpose of this program was to enable clubs to support each other across country lines, and even continents! Then, in 2012 the name of the program was changed to “Hand in Hand World Service”.

In March 2018, 14 clubs in the Philippines, 1 in Malaysia, and 1 in Suriname each received US$2,000.00 from Quota International, Inc. The distribution of these funds was made possible by the many generous HIH donations made by individuals and clubs in the 2017 – 18 fiscal year, May 1 to April 30. The 3 clubs in India who participated in Hand In Hand projects used internal funds for their HIH Projects due to limitations on the transfer of foreign currency by the Indian government.
