Quota International President Emilie Simon announced the appointment of Nancy Fitzpatrick to the position of Quota International Interim Executive Director effective today. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations at the Quota office in Washington, D.C., Nancy will be partnering with the Board of Directors in assessing new, cost-effective directions for moving Quota forward.

Nancy Fitzpatrick previously served as Quota’s Deputy Executive Director (1997 to 2013) and Director of Membership (1994-1997) and authored Quota’s two most recent strategic initiatives, Leaders as Listeners and Creating the Quota of Tomorrow. In addition, Nancy was the architect of the launching of the We Share Foundation in 2000, and she served as the Managing Editor of The Quotarian magazine during the magazine’s 10 award-winning years, 1993 to 2013. Nancy possesses a Master’s degree in Business from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Allegheny College, Meadville, Pennsylvania, USA.

“The Board of Directors and I warmly welcome Nancy back at this important juncture in our beloved organization’s history,” said President Emilie. “Nancy is deeply committed to Quota, our members, and our ideals, and she is thrilled to be serving Quota members once again.”

Nancy Fitzpatrick replaces Barbara Schreiber, who served as Executive Director from 2013-2018.
